Witches Wisdom
Woodland: A Horned Pan-like figure holding a Syrinx pipes. In Greek mythology, Syrinx was a nymph who liked to hunt using a bow and arrow. Pan, the god of shepherds and flocks, came across her one day and fell in love with her. Just as Pan was about to embrace her, Syrinx changed into cattail reeds. He tied together a number of the reeds side by side; to this day we know this instrument as the "Pipes of Pan".
